Terms applicable to our sales and services

Sales of new or used machines, the supply of parts and consumables, and maintenance and installation services are each the subject of a commercial proposal or a quote drawn up on a case-by-case basis.

The terms applicable to each transaction (price, lead times, delivery terms, warranties, payment terms and retention of title) are those set out in the accepted quote and, where applicable, in the terms and conditions attached to it. They take precedence over any information published on this site.

Professional clients

BWS serves professional clients. The provisions of the French Consumer Code relating to distance contracts with consumers, in particular the right of withdrawal, do not apply to relationships between professionals.
